Working for Clearwater Pool Management was such a joy. The management is great and really takes the time to care and get to know their employees. I didn’t just learn how to be a better lifeguard but I got real life skills that will help me with future endeavors. I am glad that I spent the summer working for such a great company and would do it again in a heartbeat. I felt comfortable that my bosses would back up my decisions and had my back in tough times.
